I guess 18 must be the magic number. I have the same # of redeems for Starluck Casino for a total of $1400. I do not know what is going on. I have had people losing all month until today. Two big winners today.

iGlobalMedia is generally pretty responsive to requests and questions made here in the forum. I notice that you made this post earlier today–you might give them a little more time to respond, since it’s a Saturday and all. (They might be out of the office or spending time with family.)

The 18 redeems that you see on your tracker for 25th Feb is chargeback made by your players. There are 2 more on 26th.

It is really impressive that you guys take the initiative and post your issues here at CAP and waiting for an answer, instead of going for a quick resolution by writing to your contact persons and getting your issues resolved asap. Now along with your issues, if you can also mention your tracker IDs, it will be easy and fast for any affiliate manager to give an answer to you. This will also reduce the number of posts. He should be locked out after that kind of chargeback activity!!!!!!!!!What are the dates of the chargebacks??? Dont you think it’s odd that the other affiliate in this thread ALSO had 18 redeems all of a sudden????

The chargebacks have been made on 25th and 26th and the deposits have been made before these dates. We can block a player only if he does fraud and it is established. He has been blocked now.
I am not sure about the other affiliate since he hasn’t given details. However if you know more, do let us know.

curious that it is an old player, who suddenly has made as I understand it; 18 chargebacks?
What was the history like with this old player?
I mean, did you make say …. $500 a month (give or take) on a regular basis from this player?
Or did this player suddenly reappear out of no where and start playing?
if it was a regular, I suggest contacting them and finding out why after such a long time of regular play, they suddenly made the chargebacks?
there’s always the outside chance that there was a legit reason for making the chargebacks , but if that’s the case; there’s no reason for losing a nice income on a monthly basis just because of one month’s worth of chargebacks, 18 of them or not.
Of course, only the casino and you know the player’s worth in that respect; but personally if it was a proven quality regular: I’d be thinking it a haste = waste of a good regular income; to ban the player without first finding out what the reasons were for the chargebacks.
This is something every casino needs to consider. Once in a great while; (and its a previously proven quality player) that they may make a chargeback(s) for a good reason.
No, I made less the 100 per month on them. This month I was going for 500 but then all the chargebacks came in. I dont want this person back, regardless of the reason.
