A strange phenomenon :
I ‘m developping an hotel reservation website. It has never been submitted to google or other SE, and has no links back.
But when I type site:xwww.blablabla.com it shows up in google.
The only way I see that is that google read the whois records, even before sites are submitted…Am I right ?

Do you have google toolbar?
If so I have heard they track the sites you visit as well. So possible that they picked it up from the toolbarYes,
