Of course it does.
The local national Lotto down here has jackpotted to $30 million (tax-free) which means that it WILL pay out this weekend (even if it has to be split into the second division) and you can be sure that tickets are selling faster than ever.
Odds are 38 million to one against any particular line scooping the prize – but that will not stop tickets being bought in record numbers.
