InactiveI would say say CAP saves me monry, its a lot easier to track down an affiiate manager through CAP than on my own, and of course the use of CAP for this has a lot of pull. As far as making money, the special offers for CAP memebrs on affiliate programs obviously is a money maker.
I think the webinar’s are also a great resource we would usually be paying for on our own, so that is yet another cost savings.

Great, thanks for the feedback. Any comments on our blogs/articles?

misswiggMemberI wouldn’t come here for seo news, I think your articles are far too basic so that’s where I see room for improvement, I enjoy the forum though

InactiveI am a long long time member of CAP, started as a new affiliate fresh out of the water and I can say with a certainty that CAP has helped me along the way to become the successful business women/affiliate that I am today. There are many benefits from a community such as CAP, you have the ability to read, share & learn from your fellow webmasters. Quick access to the right contacts with affiliate programs along with all the latest industry news. I could go on and on about the benefits of CAP but the most important of all is to stay active in the community, stop in daily and read all the currant events happening as well as jumping in the webinars when you can.

Places like webmasterworld, I wouldn’t come to the forum to ask for advice on these sort of things either. I would only come here to discuss programs mostly whereas I would go somewhere like PAL for advice.

InactiveHi, long time listener, first time caller.
Does CAP help you make more money? Why or why not?
I get a lot of value out of talking to members on here. Exchange of ideas, seeing what other people do and how. I couldn’t put a dollar amount on it… actually I couldn’t put a dollar amount on networking, its just invaluable.Do you enjoy reading our blog articles and visiting the forums? Why or why not?
I think some of the articles are a little basic, but they are probably very informative to others – we’re all marketeers at different levels. The webinars I totally love, shows what possible, and its a great way to get into someone head to see how they think.
I visit the forum directly via the address bar
I visit the news articles and blogs only via the CAP newsletter, and email forwards people send me, otherwise I wouldn’t know they existed!June 26, 2012 at 1:26 am #825778Anonymous
InactiveGreat feedback everyone. Thank you.
Who are some industry experts you would like to hear from?

Brian, always great to hear from you. Hope you and Dhel are doing great.
Which webinars specifically did you find informative/inspirational? Knowing this will help us do more of what’s helpful vs. not.

InactiveThe Webinars are a great idea in fact I would love to see a webinar featuring a few top affiliates, I know not everyone is up for giving away their secrets but it would be nice to hear basic advice for affiliates just starting out in the industry.
Same would go for newer affiliate managers, I feel some really need to learn or hear the way of things from a few veterans in the industry.
SEO topics.. yes I agree a bit basic BUT some are very enlightening on newer trends to send me off researching and learning more on the subject…
The most value I get from a community is a sense of togetherness there are many of us who have made it through some pretty tough times since 2006, something must be going right in the CAP community

Some of my very best friends (many direct competitors) I met through this forum for that I am very grateful.
Ok mushy done, back to work …lol
