    Hi OyunLobi,

For future reference on poker.com player queries , please send an email to their 24Hr support staff, [email protected].

Alternatively you can post on the poker.com forum http://forum.poker.com/ rather than this affiliate forum.

    Cheers,

It seems fraudsters will stop at nothing to try and beat the system.

This user was particularly crafty, posting on an affiliate forum to try and expedite a withdrawal of fraudulently obtained funds! He trys to make us look bad as he is ripping us off! The nerve!

One good thing about being an affiliate guys – you don’t have to worry about customers & fraud!

    :)

    QUOTE FROM MAIL BOX:

” Your Poker.com account has been suspended due to detected fraudulent activity.

You will soon be issued with an invoice for funds illegally obtained through your play at Poker.com.

You will have 14 days to pay this invoice, and if payment is not received in full, your details are to be handed over to relevant Interpol authorities for criminal investigation of money laundering and credit card fraud.

A debt collection agency will also be contracted to personally track you down and recover any outstanding sum.

Both Poker.com & NETeller.com have devoted extensive resources to put worldwide systems in place to recover all illegally obtained funds and prosecute offenders to the full extent of the law. We aim to make an example of all people that think credit card fraud is some sort of game.

If you should have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

    Kind Regards,

    Kris Robinson
    Operations Manager
    Poker.com “

Wtf are you talking about?? I’ve JUST PLAY AND WON $970 and got it with god damn NETELLER instantly. I didn’t USE my CREDIT CARD also! I’ve use my own NETeller Account! You guys shouldn’t do that! If you don’t wanna pay money to players, Tell it directly!

I won’t PAY anything BACK! Get Ready for your actions!

It’s completely bullshit. You’ve closed my account because of i’ve won $877 (not a big money? but big for you?) Never cheated or used my credit card (neteller used) But if you need money just tell me honestly. I can send you $3000 if you’re in trouble but don’t do it again to your any player! :grunt:

I, for one, would be interested in what was fraudulant. Just saying that they are trying to take advantage of you, doesn’t make it so..

I know there are those out there who would take advantage, but there are just as many casinos using cheap tactics to rid players of money as well..

    for instance:

    1. Playing the ‘I don’t have your paperwork’ routine. VERY COMMON

    2. Playing the ‘Oops, we accidentally put your funds BACK INTO your casino account instead of your NETELLER account.

    Just to name a couple.

Please expand on this so that we can know who is actually telling the truth here.

    Thanks.

This is an affiliate forum, not a player forum. If you signed up through an affiliate website, you could contact that affiliate and ask for help. There are also plenty of player forums out there where you can bring up disputes with a cardroom. Try doing a search for Casinomeister or Winner Onlline.
