    Hi all,

As I am sure you have heard by now we required a copy of your ID/Drivers License and a utility bill in order to make payments over $10K.

This DOES NOT APPLY TO Neteller payments. So in short, please use Neteller and save me a few headaches if possible

This is of course in connection with Ecogra and Proc Cyber our payment processor. So in a nutshell if you want to continue receiving payments via Wire, ACH, Check or PaySpark we will need your info.

Thanks and feel free to post any questions you may have.

    Cheers….

Good to hear Neteller is exempted.

Isn’t Payspark is somewhere linked to Proc Cyber? ‘cos everytime I received a check from Proc Cyber, they also attached a copy of Payspark invitation slip asking you to use Payspark instead. Like Neteller, Payspark also required ID and Utility bill verification before the account is activated.

Are those documents going to submit to Proc Cyber or to be kept in your record? I know many casino affiliate programs are using Proc Cyber as payment processor. So if Proc Cyber needs our documents for verification, should we just send one copies of ID and Utility Bill to them or have to send the same documents to each casino affiliate programs that using it.

Pro Cyber will then report to the IRS that you made over 10k, so be prepaired to pay your taxes and not try to hide a thing!!

    Hi all,

Just to set aside any confusion – as there seems to be some.

We DO NOT give your documents to anyone (Proc Cyber included), nor do they leave our premises.

We will keep the documents and only provide them to Ecogra if asked to do so in an audit. They will be allowed to look at the documents to verify their authenticity but they will not be allowed to make copies or remove them from our premises.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,

    Garth –

Please call Proc Cyber and ask them why they dragged eCOGRA into this – I have positive confirmation that eCOGRA does not require anything of the sort with regards to affiliates. Their eGAP compliance procedures only deal with players.

    Hi,

Ok, nothing to do with Ecogra. Here is the exact statement from Proc Cyber to us:

The motivation for affiliate documents is not for Ecogra but more from a PCS policy perspective to stay in line with guidelines by FATF (Customer due diligence and record keeping) and KYC requirements.

Again, this is not needed for Neteller…..thanks all.

    Cheers,

    Hi Garth!

With two years’ interest, I think you’re going to have to reserve the entire liquor stock of the hotel or bar where we are going to catch up ;)

That statement from Proc Cyber is damning… LOL… “more from” as opposed to “instead from” :) I wish they would be a bit more accurate in their requirements.

Anyhow, at least that’s been solved. You may, in the future, want to ask new affiliate signups for these documents before approving them, as I think that is the real intent here.

But also, you might want to point out to Proc Cyber that affiliates are NOT customers and thus not bound by any FATF or KYC requirement, especially since transactions are one way (ie. you pay us, we don’t pay you). If anything, affiliates should be requiring FATF and KYC documents from the aff programs! :rollover:

Hello Garth looks like the start of a busy week. I just got my PaySpark account activated last month and they required quite a bit of documentation. Since they are doing my payments it is no difference then Neteller.

Can you double check and see if that is the case that you need ID from PaySpark users.

    Hey Brian,

How are you my friend, all well i hope :-)

I am told we DO require docs for Payspark unfortunately. Neteller seems to be the only one we dont require them for.

Spear – Dont think we need to make the docs a requirement on signup as it is only a very small percentage of new affiliates that will make it to the $10K per month threshold.

Now in regards to the beers, lol, you are right!! I will have to bring an Amex Black Card to make it up to you, LOL…

Anyway guys, drop me a note if you need anything else.

Take care and see you soon in Vegas….

    Cheers

Point taken, sort of – but then at least you should mention this fact in your signup and make sure they know they will be asked for identification if a payment ever hits $10K.

I still think you should just make this a requirement across the board – saves you all the hassle later, and makes everyone equally responsible.

What do you mean by that?

I was just going to give Roxy some exposure since I am going to pull a lot of places, and I do neteller, are you suggesting I should have to send in ID?

I won’t do that, so you better let me know if that’s going to be the case.

First of all, you’re not a new affiliate (I presume).

Second of all – I’m just telling them that by requiring documentation up front for new affiliates, they not only protect themselves but avoid any hassles later.

Thirdly – I believe that one must identify themselves in order to do business – I don’t buy the no-id concept at all whatsoever.
