For you, yes, but for the host………………..im sure someday heat could come down somewhere and all US hosting companies would push off gambling clients.
I wouldnt really worry about much.
If they players your targeted in Europe, I would host there though.
We moved away from the US as soon as we the UIGEA was signed into law
I moved last year. Problem is that most of the hosting companies in the UK are much more expensive in comparation to the US..
I moved my hosting from US in November 2007.
I host in the US, and see nothing that will change that at this time!
I live in Norway and target european visitors (mostly norwegian)

yes it is.
If I were you, I would not host in the US, there are many good hosting companies outside the US, there are many hosting companies in the US that will not accept online gambling affiliate sites, it is better to be safe than sorry in my opinion.
