I usually do so when possible.
I do sometimes. Signing under somebody requires no extra effort and helps another affiliate, so why not do it?
yes, i think most of mine have come from the links from CAP
I suppose its my payback to this forum which provides excellent advice.
I either use a CAP link, or ask a friend for thier link
