Be careful, some do not integrate their affiliate programs. Like William Hill. Send them a sports player, and they don;t track the casino play. Neither do Betfred or Paddy Power or VC Bet.

Ladbrokes is fully integrated, so everything tracks.

    Hmm, that sucks big time:wow:

I thought that might be the case. How convenient to not have a fully integrated affiliate program :nono:

Try and debate this with them and they play the “technical difficulties” story.

US affiliates will find that most UK gambling companies treat the affiliate channel as a poor cousin.

    Hi Goldfinger and Justred

European sportsbooks do convert very well – especially big names such as Ladbrokes, William Hill, Totesport and Coral in the UK (Coral is one and the same as Eurobet except Coral is very much a UK brand name, Eurobet being better know in the European space).

Coral and Eurobet operate what we call “open wallet” rev share programs through Brand Conversions. This means that if you send a player to either their sportsbook, casino, games or poker, then he or she will be tracked for the lifetime of their play, where ever they play. We will shortly be relauching the Totesport sportsbook (which is paid on a split CPA – first payment on first bet, second payment on fifth bet). The Totesport program also cross-tracks between their casino (which is rev share), pools and sportsbook.

So that this post doesn’t sound like too much of a blatant plug for Brand Conversions :lookaroun I ought to add in that although we offer the sportsbook tracking for players, we cannot offer the free sportsbet. However, I have worked with affiliates who have promoted both the Brand Conversions and other networks programs for Coral and Eurobet for example, and although you may see less sign ups (as obviously a free bet is a big pull for potential players) the affiliates I’ve worked with have seen a much greater long term value for the players they send. The tracking across the casino, games and poker rooms is where most of the largest affiliate earnings come from and we have some affiliates who are doing extremely well from these earnings.

If there’s any information I can supply, please let me know.

    Thanks!
    Cat

While we´re talking open wallet vs. cheeky wallet. What´s the situation at canbet/commission king. From what I´ve heard they are probably doing the right thing and have an open wallet.

Catherine, did I see this right that the percentages you offer at brandconversions are lower than the ones Eurobet, for instance, offers directly?

edit: what´s Bowman´s stance on the wallet?

    BetsSon is fully integrated, yes.

Stan James is also, I believe.

As is – and this one is the best European bookie in terms of it’s relationship with affiliates – Bet365.

If you want to avoid getting ripped off on the crossover of players – then avoid William Hill, Victor Chandler, Sporting Odds, Coral, BetFred.

Not sure about Laddies…I’ll have to check my stats, but I think I get paid for casino traffic too. So that might be another to promote. Trouble is their odds are poor. Unless you are a sports betting whale and want seriously massive limits and then Ladbrokes is your number 1.

convert at bet365 is zero for me

    I´ll probably try:

    Betandwin
    Eurobet/Coral
    Betfred
    Ladbrokes
    StanJames
    Interwetten
    Bet365
    Canbet

Betsson (big maybe, because I don´t know what to think of aff lounge really :hmmm: )

For my market they need to have an Eu license that´s why I am not including the offshore biggies.

Catherine, did I see this right that the percentages you offer at brandconversions are lower than the ones Eurobet, for instance, offers directly?

Yes, you are right, Goldfinger. Eurobet run their affiliate program in house too and offer the following:
    Sports 25%
    Games 25%
    Casino 25%
    Poker 20%

Standard sign up percentages from Brand Conversions for Eurobet are:
    Sports 10%
    Games 20%
    Casino 20%
    Poker 20%

Please know that although we can’t match Eurobet’s generous direct offer for sports, we can match their offering on games, casino and poker. Brand Conversions believes in rewarding affiliates and your commissions will be increased to reflect traffic levels achieved. I’d really love to make this deal work for you, Goldfinger, so please let me know what I can do to achieve this.

If you want to avoid getting ripped off on the crossover of players – then avoid William Hill, Victor Chandler, Sporting Odds, Coral, BetFred.

tryme1 – I’m not aware of what your experience has been here with Coral, however I would welcome the chance to speak to you regarding this to see if we can rectify and hopefully build something good out of what appears to have been a bad experience in the past.

Thanks for the offer Catherine but I am still in the very early stages of researching the sports side of things. I am also going to develop a completely new site for this so it may be a while before I will get into the nitty gritty. sigh.gif

    Gentlemen,

Here is how I see the UK market for the outfits I partner with :

Bet365 convert very well – and seem to have a one account system – so you get a share of all revenue.

The same appears to be true for EuroBet as I see a share across sports, games, casino and poker.

I’m don’t think that Ladbrokes actually give you credit across their different platforms if a customers cross converts …

I’m not sure about BetFred – as they do not give information at customer level – but I do get revenue across all portions of thier offerings.

    Hope that helps.
