Hi Professor, I have a friend that manage some great homes and lots in prime locations in the Domican Republic. I lived in one of the properties last summer which is located right across the street from the ocean near Cabarete and has a golf course on the front side.

I’m currently working on building the website for the client so I will PM you with a link so that you can see the properties that are listed so far. If interested then let me know because I may be able to negotiate a great price for ya.

I was going to purchase one of the homes last December, but decided to come back to Denver and buy a home here instead. Lately I’m wondering if coming back to the US was a good move, but I’ll be looking to make a purchase down there just as soon as my income is more stable.

I was apply to get signed up and approved. It’s a great site. I wish that I knew about it sooner. Anyway, I signed up using the Professor’s suggestions.

    Thanks Gamtrak!

Thanks bleuze. You know its funny how things go in circles sometimes. I started out as a retail affiliate and it opened my eyes to this business and gave me my start. Now when I need a boost in income there it is again!

Last month I made a little over $700, that was my first month and I had high initial expenses for site design, content and pre-paying web hosting for a year. But it was really great to see that there were opportunities out there that can bump up the bottom line nicely.

Hell in six months I think this shove in the back by Uiega may actually leave me earning more money then I did in September.

hey Prof, we recognized starting July 2006 the need to diversify into non-gambling affiliate programs. However, it has been very difficult spotting a program that works. We have web sites about movies, music, travel and all. I tend to like programs that offer an API – any tips as to which programs work?

    thanks.

That sounds like an excellent question to throw out to our retail affiliates. Can you pop over to AP and post it please, I will be curious to see what responses we get and then I will throw in my two cents.
