One way links are supposedly the best kind of link – This means that someone links to your website, and you don’t link back.
The reciprocal link is a standard link exchange where I will place your link on my site and you do the same.
The 3-way link is what you are referring to, You link to my site A from your site B. And I link to your site C from my site B.
