    Hello Fellow CAP Members,

Lately I am not too fond of all the turnover at CC, as well as the difficulty in getting Rewards Points that are due to me. I had become somewhat friendly with Connie and then she left, I spoke with Noah and explained my Business Plan is detail, as well as where CC fit in and then we became friends and he left. Now, we have Jared who seems nice, but my main concern is this:

One of the things I liked about the program were the Aff Managers. I spent time explaining my promotion of their casinos, as well as showing the managers individual web pages featuring CC properties etc. They knew where they stood with me and what they could expect once my sites were out of the Sandbox and all was fine, but my main site was at this point Sandboxed and I couldnt do anything about it. I also liked trying to earn Rewards Points.

Now, here we are 3 managers later, I have to beg to get 10 lousy Rewards Points that are due to me for my latest depositing player at Superslots and seemingly without success AND I have no juice with the new managers because I am not sending a ton of traffic–yet.

But what these new people dont realize (that Noah did because he took the time to be interested in my business) is that I have about 50 pages featuring CC casinos and in Big Daddy, I have about 50 Top-10 SERP results where these pages are going to start sending major traffic to CC, but since I cant get 10 lousy Rewards Points that are due to me without begging (which I didnt have to do with Connie or Noah) I am planning on sending all of this traffic somewhere else, so if there are any other aff managers from different programs who want it, please contact me.

    Just so you new aff folks at CC know some of the nice things Connie and Noah have done for me (so that maybe you can use these as examples for how to treat your affiliates in the future);

On two separate occasions, I was about 2-3 dollars short of earning the minimum amount to receive my monthly affiliate check, Connie still sent me my checks.

Connie once also, gave me 10 lousy Rewards Points when I had a new Player who was $1 shy of reaching the minimum initial deposit amount at Superslots
Noah also did the same when I had a player who was about 50 cents shy of reaching the same at Superslots.

Noah took the time to find out about my business and what CC could expect from me in the future even though at the time I was a small player.

Connie handled each of my requests personally and immediately.

Folks at CAP – one of the greatest obstacles I feel we face in this business is establishing good working relationships with new affiliate managers. Once they know you and understand that you are serious there is always a little compromising that can be done, but when these managers keep changing its very hard to re-build the realtionships that were established with each new individual.

For the benefit of CC and all programs, here are what I value from aff programs:

    1) The most accurate stats reporting possible and I am happy to sacrifice some DETAIL in favor of ACCURACY

    2) Aff managers who do not give me the run-around like CC is doing over the 10 Rewards Points I earned that have not been credited to my account. Connie or Noah would have taken care of this already for me.

    3) A stable aff manager situation so that the managers I have spent time cultivating relationships with are still there next month! This saves time when I make simple requests because I know I can count on these people to look into my requests.

    4) Incentives for players – any and all

    5) Some type of Bonus Programs, or contests and competitions for affiliates, but NOT, and repeat NOT, the types of contests that only the same few affiliates can win. I will specifically drop any programs that have repeated competitions that shut out all but the largest affiliates (like send the most depositing players in a month type of contests)

Message to Moderators: I placed this in the Casino Coins area because it is specifically related to their program, but I would like to request that a moderator move this thread to the General Discussion Forum so that more people see it because I think my advice is not JUST for New Managers at CC but advice that ALL affiliate managers and programs should follow.

    Voodooman,

Thank you for taking the time to express your feelings about Casino Coins. Feedback like this is important to new Affiliate Managers like me and I am glad you are choosing a forum for me to reply to your concerns.

    1. The turnover at CC cannot be helped. Connie and Noah both loved the program and the casinos but each had extenuating circumstances around their departure. I have been with English Harbour Casinos for 2 years and believe in our Casinos 100% you will not have to worry about dealing with a new program manager for a very long time.

    2. Rewards points are distributed according to a policy, I have informed you previously through email, we are trying to change. I am not a big fan of individuals who use policy as a shield either, but as I explained I am looking to change the policy to something more beneficial to those who promote English Harbour Casinos. You will be the first to know when the change is made.

    3. My policy at CC is to treat every webmaster big and small with the same respect. Your contributions to our company’s success on any level are appreciated and we will make concessions based on common sense for anyone who promotes us (ie $0.50 short for minimum payment)

    4. Promotions in the future will be for everyone who promote us and are based on random draw for anyone who delivers players for us. We are also going to be rewarding multiple affiliates in our promotions as you will see.

Thank you for promoting English Harbour Casinos. As always you can contact me @

    Hello All,

Thanks Jared for looking into this matter. I just wanted to let everybody here know that Jared has taken care of this for me. I appreciate the feedback. Jared and Meghan have also informed me that the Rewards Points program may be revamped so that the requirements for earning these Rewards Points are not so stringent in the future.

    My suggestions:

    1) Have the same REASONABLE requirements for earning Rewards Points at each casino (if possible). This will eliminate the confusion that I had, as well. I saw a deposit amount in my stats that would make me eligible for the points, now I cant tell from your stats WHAT the player’s initial deposit is–I only see a total for that day–whether he deposited it 10 dollars at a time or a hundred at a time.

    2) Do not make Rewards Points dependant on an INITIAL deposit only–Once a player’s TOTAL Deposits reach a certain realistically achievable amount, credit the Rewards Points. Make the amount the same for every casino to eliminate confusion.

    3) Some of the rewards Levels seem a little unrealistic for the majority of affiliates to achieve. Maybe have some more interim levels where a few hundred Points can win the affiliate a Bonus or some other prize. Realistic goals, especially those with cash incentives are always good.

Again, thanks to the CC staff for looking into this for me.
