The number of complaints against UB have skyrocketed in the last week or two. Most of these complaints have been support related.
“I’m locked out of my account and support does not reply to emails.”
“I requested cashout but UB keeps reversing it and won’t tell me why.”
“I have a cashout pending for weeks.”I have answered several support emails through the affiliate I work for that are easy answers that UB should have answered. Stuff like “How do I know if my bonus is getting paid or not?” “How do I see my pending bonus?”. The players say “I emailed UB x # of days ago and no reply…”
I tested UB myself and asked the simple question “Do you accept Firepay?” over 48 hours ago and there was no reply.
This is ridiculous. 2+2 is full of threads about this too. What is going on? Why are player emails not getting answered?
UB has always been known to have below average support but this is not acceptable.
