    This case will go on for a long time. The motion to dismiss by the DOJ has no legs, however it serves its purpose: To delay. Delay delay delay. The side who is likely to lose wants to delay. go figure!

    No doubt all the updates we see until the issue is finally resolved (most likely independent of this court case) will be more delay tactics brought on by the Department of Justice.

    With the case neatly and conveniently delayed. With no precident setting court decisions, its status quo and the DOJ will continue to wield the power.

    They predict that it will be coming to conclusion in about a year, give or take a little.

    Nope, and also we don’t know that Ascroft will be around much longer – looks like he won’t. So we really have to wait and see which way the wind blows…
