InactiveI think Brand Loyalty starts with a good looking site, that is easy to navigate, and the customer gets what they want when they arrive at your site for the very first time.
In that first visit you want the customer to be exposed to other things on your website which will also be of interest to them, “hey this is cool too!”
From there, the odds of them wanting to come back to a site which has been of use to them increases.
Maintain a community, and updating a base through email, support chat, and forums all definitely work! – Cant forget the big one, social media too!

lamontvukichMemberTo really build a brand you need give your visitors what they are looking everytime they visit (or almost everytime). Consistency is most important, just think about brands that you always use. You use them because you know they work. I eat at Wendy’s because I know their burgers are great and will taste the same anywhere. I buy HP computers because they have never broken on me. Consistency number one thing a brand needs.

bosshoggsMemberGreat insights from Rak & mi100us.
Just curious, in the iGaming world, whether it be an Operator, Affiliate or even software provider, who in the space do you think “paves the way” for creating brand loyalty?

CasinoGemMemberthis comes i reckon , back to what i said on another post, I think Alexa rank is important in this effect as. I reckon when they go to your site, before there going to look and respect your links they want to actually trust you in itself it they look in alexa and see your ranking is 7 million . Why would they trust your links and put money to it? its just a theory on my part but when I purchase things threw sites on the net i def check alexa

CasinoGemMemberof course some arn’t going to check alexa but we are talking about money, your alexa rank just might help with it IMO, trust in numbers other words. I could be wrong though but they may just check it
