Well tomorrow is my court date with my landlord, to find out how much time we will have before we have to move,. and now, because i can bring some rent money with me, i am sure it will give us some extra time. i tried to talk with him yesterday, and offered to pay the 2months that we are behind if he would stop the eviction, and he said no. he wants to raise the rent by 200$ and no’s we can’t afford that. so now, when i go to court in the morning, i will be telling the judge that we offered to pay the back rent, and he refused, so i hope this helps are side. and i can only do this because of everyone here….thank you.
i will be keeping everyone here updated on whats going on in my families life, and on when my car will be fixed, because you all deserve to know,. if it weren’t for you, i would be able to do nothing.
thank you all, please keep your fingers crossed and toes, and maybe i will find a nice place for us to move to, soon, that takes pets, because, I HAVE MY DOG BACK HOME!!.. god that made me so happy, and him to…poor baby.
you all have made it possible for me and my husband to breathe a little easier, now that we can get some of the stuff taken care of, and don’t have to fear of being homeless yet…and hopefully never.

TomTom, i am gonna have to call you so you can explain just how i take these peole to the foxwoods bingo….do i use your bus? is it daily? do i stay there until there done and then bring them back?? so many ??? lolll.
Ok i want to update everyone on whats going on. I went to court today with my landlord, and of course, its his place so no matter what was said, or done, the out come would be that he gets his way. So we have to move by the end of sept. Hopefully i will find a place that takes pets, that is my biggest fear, besides finding one we can afford and is nice..but every single one says, no pets, no pets…so please keep your fingers crossed and say a good word for my family so we can keep our dog and cats.
we also had to give the landlord both months rent, aug, and sept. to be able to stay that long, so that money has been taken away from the money we were going to use to move with, which you all helped us with…thank you!!
but now, we have to start over and save enough up from myhusbands checks, to move with. so please keep a good thought for us so nothing bad comes up, like the car dieing again…or something else that would take any money we can’t afford right now….i get our car back next week, with a rebuilt engine, so hopefully it last a while with no more problems, and the engine was paid for by you!…thank you all again and again. we could not be doing this without your help, and i promise to use the money you sent us, for exactly what i said we needed it for, and then let you all know how its going.

Time of trip 7am to 4:00 or so.
Cost I say $15.00 + Bingo pack
We get all the packs for everyone and no waiting in line.

it’s great that people here care enough to help each other out. I think you can’t help but make the world a better place by helping out your friends and neighbors. Better that half the money i give goes to scammers, than let the those who really need it to go without.
I’ve lent money to friends and siblings and have been pretty much let down by them all. The last “loan” i gave my brother, we decided to assume that we would never see that money again…strangely enough, he talks about trying to pay me back a lot and actually paid some last year before his business fell apart. if you’re trying to help someone in financial need, you need to give the money, if down the road they can afford to pay you back great, but better they should pass on that money to the next person in crisis.
Pets – what a horrible thing is going on across america as people lose their homes and have to give up their pets in order to house or feed their children. for those of us with pets, they’re like our kids, even for people like me who have actual children: i’ve got 2 human kids and 2 feline kids, yes my daughters rank a bit higher, but the pets are part of our family.
there is any old quote i recall, will probably get it wrong,
“A man is never taller as when he stoops down to help a child”.Well here is my version: “nobody stands as tall as when they reach down to help someone stand up and few things can bring as much to the person who is down than a helping hand that helps fight off the crisis and adds hope for the future.”
