Hi,

It’s already 29th of January and still haven’t received December commission. I have my neteller payment info in place on my account so there is no problem. I hate wasting my time like this chasing down the payments. Prompt payments should be the very first thing a CAP certified partner has.

Totally agree. It’s not only you mate, we didn’t received payments yet from last year, October, November and December! Although Unibet said from new year payments problem will be solved and we will receive monthly, the situation seems same. I also got no reply through netrefer’s messaging system…

If you’ve signed up via UnibetAffiliate.com, UnibetAffiliate.nl or Income Access i can not help you, since those companies are not owned by Unibet, they are just 3rd party and ran the affiliate program before UnibetPartners.com was born.

UnibetPartners.com is Unibet’s own official affiliate program.

We had signed up through Unibetaffiliate before some years, and using tradedoubler before, now redirected and using netrefer platform normally. Who can help us in this case?

My problem is also solved.

The complexity of many different unibet programs existing was a problem here.

Total Chargebacks 0
Total Payments received 0
Total Payments cancelled 0
Account Balance XXX

It means that the debt with us are these XXX€?

Waiting that i get payed for january, but when i see my stats, they´ve really messed those up.. There is one commission in “paid” 07-09-2011, and they toke this sum and more away from my january commission.. They don´t even answer to my messages! I´m so pissed of now! If you have big problems, why can´t you tell us about those?! So please RESPONSE to our messages!!!

Sorry for the late reply, i’ve been sick and got up yesterday.

I will inform our team about the problems, everything seems to be working from our end but we recently had some updates of netrefer so I think it messes it all up.

Can you guys login to your accounts and see if you still have got the same problem?
