I made a deposit on 9/22 (and it has cleared my bank account on 9/25) BUT up to now it still shows as pending on my Neteller account – same thing happened last month – I called Neteller 3 times already and they keep on saying, the next day it will definitely be available.
Neteller’s support seems to have a backlog, too.
– there’s also a terribly long queque on Neteller’s phone support (I’m on hold right now while I’m posting this)
– e-mail support is also inconsistent – I fired up two emails with no replies, not even confirmations.anyone else experiencing what looks like a drop in Neteller’s service/quality?
I should imagine they will be absolutely rushed off there feet with millions of players trying to withdraw there funds and contacting support.

Heh… Yeah, I’d imagine Neteller is experiencing a helluva flood right now, so support delays aren’t too surprising. Not to mention, this will likely have a fundamental affect on their business as well (considering now PayPal just got put NT in a pot of hot water).Cheers,

Yes same here, still have a pending after 3 days. I called them on Monday and it took forever to get a voice.

InactiveI noticed when I logged into Neteller last night to check affiliate payments that it was really, really slow and I had to go through the whole acceptance of use and terms red tape bullshit. As far as transactions just made an instacash deposit to wagershare casino and no problem with Neteller. Now that’s not to say that by the time it gets to my bank that they might say no way. Hope not would not want to pay an overdraft fee to Neteller.

InactiveHas anyone tried making a withdrawal to your Neteller debit card?
I’ve been trying for the last 3 hours and keep getting error ‘P1001 Processor Declined’… I rang support (got straight through – guess it’s quicker while the US is all asleep) and they reckon the processor server was down, leave it an hour and it should be ok (that was 3 hours ago).
Just wondering a) whether it’s just me who’s having the problems?, or b) whether they have maybe intentially taken down withdrawals for the moment so that there is no rush of money, or c) I’m just being paranoid?

InactiveBeen having a bunch of problems with Neteller for the last 2 weeks. Tried to withdraw money through Neteller card but it got declined while the balance was subtracted from the account. Additionally they charged $50 in fees for it…sent them an email, no reply, sent another a couple of emails, no reply. Called them up twice, they said it must be a ‘software upgrade’ glitch on their behalf. Yesterday $2000 more disappeared from the account. Go frikin figure…they don’t even reply to emails that are sent to them :bullshit:
