Inactivethose guys are one of the worst in the industry…got burnt by them myself
hard to say what you should do, but it does seem like someone is playing with your stats a.k.a. shaving…

voodoomanMemberI would refund them in full and show that I am, unlike them, an honourable person.
Then again I might just show them this: :dafingers
At the end of the day you will have to let your conscience be your yard stick. :tooconfus
Sorry mate.

InactiveThis is a hard area man… I have been here a few times myself. Let me suggest one thing to you my friend…. “NEVER DO THOSE DEALS WITH ANY CASINO”. Unless you can somehow track this stuff yourself and thats close to impossible.
As far as the stat thing… thats how most will do it.. the deposits and wagering and so forth are not important if its just a cpa deal. I think this is so you dont see how much your losing lmao!
As far as the refund of the money… well I would talk to them about keeping some of it for admin costs and ad space for branding their name IMO.. However, a deal is a deal and I agree with honoring your side of it but if somehow you can show how much you have sent them in traffic vs signups and compare that to early results then you could argue this point as well.
If you really want to be nasty… IMO I dont think they can actually get that money back unless you decide to give it back. They would have to spend a bunch of money I would think in order to get it back from you. Its kinda like us trying to get winnings/payments from them.. I think that if a casino decided not to pay. There is not anyway we can actually get them to pay us (not even using Montana overseas)<-- do they even exist anymore?. Dont quote me on this and if there is a way someone shoot me a link of give me the info on that.. I have lots of money owed to me.

InactiveFor future reference:
Either go CPA or go Flat Rate advertising if you don’t want to go rev share. Mixing CPA with flat rate causes even more problems than just CPA.
That said, most of all, watch who you deal with.

GuestHi all,
how many times must it be said? Cpays has the worst ….or one of the worst … reps in the biz.
the title of this thread is correct.
second. do you damn homework! do a search on a program and if you see a considerable number of complaints …. especially from established affs ….. well ….. you do the math.
its hard to have sympathy for someoone that most likely chose to deal .. “with the devil” … not heading other warnings.
however that said … I do … but please learn from this …. and others. don’t think you’re special. In the end … you WILL get screwed just like everybody else …. and you have wasted SO much player base on a place that you deep down knew better than to deal with.

Pol PittMemberHey, what I would recommend for the next time is pulling & saving your monthly stats (or bi-weekly stats) as a file or print screen, so you can always at least have some proof available…
this definitely sucks. and if you choose to send your traffic to the decent brand, you can promote 21magic.com – Playtech software, truly well converting. Please contact me through [email protected] if you are interested. All the best, Sam

InactiveCpays eh.. well think of all the other webmasters who’ve been screwed by them and ask yourself, turn the other cheek or an eye for an eye?
What would they do?

Rob472MemberThey are scum. They have ripped you off, behaved unethically, and still try to get more out of you.
Cut them off, don’t give them a cent, stop promoting their businesses and save yourself the aggravation.
It is the only way they will learn!

InactiveIf you do choose to not pay them back you might want to change your phone number as well cause that little mafioso gang will call you morning, day and night with no regards for your timezone.

triplecrownMemberThis is the first time I have heard of a program paying up front for a cpa (I haven’t been around too long). Then they change your stats. Hmmm.. Personally, I’d want to know how the deposits were doing in order to gauge how the deal was doing.
Goes to show you that you have to follow your instincts.

InactiveForget about them and move on. Just like they do.
