Date Range Reports on Chipleader Don’t Work

    Marcela,

    If you go to “Account Register” reports in Chipleader, and select the Date Range to be “Other”, and specify a date range, the reports do not yield the stats for that range, but for the entire month. We need this to work so that we can minimally see each days’ stats individually.

    Also, AP stats again didn’t publish today, Friday, 3/14/08.

    To the rest of the affiliates out there,

    Have you noticed a substantial decline in revenue this month, over prior months ?? I have seen that, and it is very hard for me to ascertain whether it’s a Chipleader bug OR just bad #’s for this month to date.

    Hi there!

    Those reports are currently done based on monthly stats. That’s why the won’t change the amount. Only if you try a different month.

    I informed the tech staff about the importance of this information and we will add this ASAP.

    If you see a decline what we have to do is check your links and make sure you are using the correct ones.
