InactiveI am a technical zero and have no input, but I think this would be a wonderful service.

InactiveI’m going to assume you are worried about the cost of additional bandwidth, and when it comes to bandwidth money can fix everything.
I think some of the participating affiliate programs might be willing to lend a hand. Surely the cost of helping to run this service is far less than the potential increase in sales from always having the latest promotion details available.
On the other hand, I don’t think many people would mind paying a small fee if you could save them a few hours of time every week.
Oh and yes, very good idea.

An RSS feed is a newsfeed that published “news items” to portals, web users and places like MyYahoo. Also through software like Feedreader – http://www.feedreader.com.
More relevantly for casino portal website owners, you can plug in a simple line of javascript in the HTML in your webpage that read in the promos and bonus info in real-time. Very simple too.
For those who use Perl/PHP to run the portals, you can hook into CSV or XML files to read the data real-time too.
I’ll post some examples as beta testing progresses.
Simmo!

InactiveI am sure the programs will be delighted to pay a nominal fee for this. One of their constant headaches is that affiliates don’t update their promos often enough.
