You are quite correct. It will be breaking the law to have hyperlinks of any kind to gaming sites. This is a given. The question becomes, will they go after affiliate sites (big risk), will this somehow be challenged as violation of the 1st amendment, or will it be upheld.
I’m taking my links down, as soon as the moron signs the bill. Then, I will watch and listen.
I don’t look good in stripes, and I don’t think my wife is into that conjugal visit thang…..

Well I’m certain that they have also sent out emails to their players telling them what they can do to fight this legislation… No? Well that’s shocking.

Hard times bring out the best and the worst in people… and right now we are seeing some programs in a different light.
They have send a ton of email to convince us to continue generating traffic for them and don’t give a rats ass if we go out of business, are able to get paid, or even go to jail… so long as we keep sending traffic.
They are ready for us to put our butts on the line for them and not spending one damn dime to help. It’s frickin’ sick.
I know there are a very few programs who don’t suffer from “Cranial Defecation Disorder” (being a shithead), but they are few and far between… Thank you to the three or four programs with some testicles.
If this industry survives this… and I believe it eventually will… I hope webmaster’s look back to these dark days and remember who stood with us, who stood silently by and did nothing, and who turned and ran.
