Unwritten uniform code for nerds… I say nerds because a geek is a nerd with social skills and a lot of people don’t realise that.
Coke and chips.
Black framed glasses.
Longs stragly hair.
Weird laugh (occasionally including a snort).
A pure hatred for anything Apple.
An even bigger hatred for anything Microsoft.
Star Trek (you’re not a nerd if you don’t like star trek).
Of course the bunch of keys around the waste.
Not to forget the lanyard around the neck with approx 10 security cards hanging from it at any one time.
You know how to build and program your own computer.
You try to use shortcuts in day to day life (Ctrl-Z, Ctrl-F).
Going to a computer fair on a sunday is an exciting experience for you, especially after you buy a brand new huge widescreen lcd and some more RAM for your computer.
Has a binary watch.
Always have to have to biggest and best internet connection..
Most friends are met on the net.
