    yes, gifts of course.

    And personalized letters. With “special” recurring bonuses “just for you”. Maybe note the game they like to play. As personal as one can make it.

    Also, I think letters should go out to all downloads that didn’t register, and registrations without deposits, making sure they did not trip over something in the process.

    Thanks for the advice, we currently do some of the things suggested above but not all.

    We’re always looking into ways to improve our retention rate so I appreciate your feedback.
