Thanks, but I think you misunderstood me.

Let me give you an example: If I visit Joyland Casino via my own affiliate link, after a few seconds a popop window appear with a text like visit “William Hill casino and get $30 Free”. If I click the link in this popup window, I get to William Hilll casino without my affiliate tag. This means I sent a player to your casinos, but the player isn’t tracked to me.

Is this a mistake?

I understood the problem, and traffic that is forwarded from 1 client to another (through exits pop ups, as you mentioned) – should be tracked and recorded under your account without any problem. This is the reason I asked you to send me your affiliate ID, so we can run a check with your specific ID and see if there is any specific problem.
