Can somebody please take a look at that?
mine are loading fine. Perhaps you have some outdated ones.
I had the same issue and for some reason they got removed from the back end and i was left with an empty rectangle.
Check that the banner is actually still being served via the affiliate account….
Sorry I meant to say the creatives section in the backend is not loading! The loading cycle doesn’t stop and nothing gets displayed. Quite frustrating to watch.
It happens to me when I’m using Chrome.
Try Firefox or Internet Explorer. The banners will load in those 2 browsers.I wish the guys at Brightshare could correct it for Chrome, so I shouldn’t open another browsers.
Grrrr yes it was chrome thanks! Last time I checked I couldn*t even log in using FF so will revert back to IE even though I hate it.
