InactiveTrish,
Good luck in your new position.
Having been in the affiliate game for almost 6 years, I’ve learned a lot of things, one of them being that affiliates need the casinos and their player promotions to be just as good as the affiliate managers in order to get anywhere with a program.
I can now apply my ideas and thoughts on player retention, creative, casino sites, software developments, promotions; competitions etc and grow the retention of your players through our group.
Excellent reasons to push CPS even harder than before! This is great news!
I’ll miss you, though. Hopefully you can make it to some of the shows along with Rakesh and the rest of the CPS crew.

Thanks for the well wishes!
I wanted to also thank you guys for YOUR support and friendship over these last 6 or so years

It makes a WORLD of difference in this industry to such great mates!
I won’t be completely off the radar for your guys, you’ll probably see me spring up again in the new year to keep you posted on developments from the casino side.
Please remember to start sending across your emails to Rakesh ([email protected]) as my emails will eventually be deactivated.
Happy Holidays everyone!

GuestHi again Trish,
although I’ve not until now been active with CPS .. I’ve always kept an eye about your program mostly because your name kept popping up.
That started to impress me as time went by because for one, .. I didn’t recall seeing it associated with posts complaining about production or bad tracking or lost players … and I’m a reasonable person. I know that shit happens to everybody now and then so its not like I was looking for you to trip and fall but rather that you weren’t always having to explain strange circumstances .. etc.
Now add to that the fact that I seldom if ever saw anybody complaining about not being able to contact you and … well that as much as anything is what made me decide to give CPS another chance.
Now with all that said: what has been and remains the most important factor in the role I play in this industry is that i care very much how players are treated and that above all else .. has been my driving force.
So although I’m sorry I won’t get to work with you much on the aff side of things I am more pleased to know that a competent, take charge person is going to be in a position to make sure that my biggest concern never is a concern. And I’m confident when I say that: and I think it was a very wise decision by whoever is in charge to put someone like you in such a position.
You just recently read my bitching about vegas affiliates because the management there has been so incompetent as to allow a few very minor things … all of which that should have been addressed in a manner to keep their customers happy …. sink to such depths that now their very reputation has been severely damaged …. to the point that I chose to follow casino meister’s lead (he rogued them, I wash my hands of them completely) thus I’m taking them off my sites.
That troubles arose is understandable and expected at times, but its when nothing is done to right those wrongs in a timely and positive manner is when it is completely unacceptable.
I say this because I’ve just spent the better part of a day chasing down links and to be frank(er) with you .. I didn’t know what to expect from CPS casinos in the respect of how players would be treated.
I now am putting those concerns to bed. I just couldn’t be happier to here about this and for me it comes at a time when my usually “thinks this industry is beyond help” attitude … had fallen to the point of about ready to just move on and leave the greed-stricken, the incompetent, and the apparently brain-damaged to their continuing with their own self-induced demise … to happen without me being there to see it happen ….
Because honestly this is the first intelligent move I’ve seen almost any casino group make in a long darn time.
Its a breath of fresh air. I look forward to your proving me right.
Good luck Darlin’.

InactiveCongratulations Trish!
I think this is great news. Because I trust both you and Rakesh very much, and know that both of you are very competant in what you do. Now, we’ll have a GOOD one in charge on both sides of the fence. That’s what I call fully covered! Great news!
I want to thank you again for your help today with my cash-out. You always come through! Thanks Trish, and Congratulations!
