InactiveI find this Cpays bone of contention quite amusing. I have read all the threads over and over again, only to ask myself “why isn’t anything being done?”.
CAP is providing a line of communication to Cpays, why won’t they respond? I would guess perhaps Cpays has given up. Wouldn’t you if placed under the same circumstances? The barage of complaints from CAP members would bedazzle anyone and discourage any response.
The concerns are finally in the lime light, obvious outcomes as stated more than a year ago.
This is your industry just as much as it is Cpays. Thus far all I have read is ranting. Talk is cheap, stand up a be counted and do something about it. If you lack the knowledge learn it! Constructing websites is no easy task, now protect you property by learning how.

InactiveHello all,
First of all, I am sorry that I didn’t reply here earlier. I have read every word you’ve written and I agree with you that you deserve answers. Unfortunately, I will not be able to give them to you at this moment. We are not ignoring the situation though; there was a follow up meeting set for Monday. I will post here its results.
I want to thank you all for the input in this thread. Your concerns will be passed on to our management during the meeting.
Sincerely yours,
Ora

InactiveThanks Ora… Yes, please come back as soon as possible with this answer.
We prefer not to just have a ‘bash CPays’ party and I hope that this settles down until AFTER we receive a response, but we certainly need one very soon.
Thank you for your help with this serious problem. I hope it’s not too late for your brands to recover, though. They have taken a very serious credability hit.

I won’t be thanking you for that pathetic response to a problem which shouldn’t have arising in the first place and shouldn’t be continuing to this day.
What kind of ‘meeting’ do you need to decide whether to stop illegal spam or not?

I understand your point and I am quite frustrated as well, but we need to keep the communication channel open. Ora DID contact us and at this point, we need THEM in order to get rid of this plague.
Let’s try to keep a level of optimism and hope that CPays does the right thing by giving us a proper response on Monday.

Go to the real source of the Problem…………….Google. They delete sites in a onesey/twosey fashion, and these “creative” BH’ers submit new sites on a regular and timely basis. Relentless, and I’m convinced Google is taking the short-term approach, looking the other way, and collecting their mighty clickthrough revenues. Short-term appeasement of stockholders and profits outweigh long-term benefits, in their model.

InactiveThanks Ora,
I also appreciate that you’re the messenger and not the sole decision maker… and look forward to your follow-up response.

InactiveCpays I urgently request that you disengage in some of the marketing strageties you now employ.
Ora I believe you are left in the dark, as is always the case. I now have concrete proof cpays pratices in unethical marketing. I will be moving your brand too rogue effective immediatley, a personal choice.
I will not provide the proof I have worked on for 6 months. I beleive cpays is well aware already what has been done.

GuestHi all,
for those that have known me for any amount of time they know I’ve in the past pulled sponsors that were making me very good money because of their lack of attention to the overall cause of our industry.
I urge anyone still promoting sponsors that ignore what’s best for the industry to wake up and see the big picture since some sponsors refuse to do so.
supporting these sponsors makes you no better than them. Thats the bottom line and I’m sorry if I’ve insulted anyone but its the truth.
