They have promised a total revamping of the program as they move forward with a new name. I would bet this is the ground work being laid for that transistion. Lets hope the changes are positive and open back up the brands as “affiliate friendly”.
At this point, they still have the same clauses in there which were an issue initially. However, with what you said above – we will try to evaluate the terms and appeal to their need for affiliates.
We can only hope they will become affiliate-friendly. This would be a major change for them and definitely a change for the good of all affiliates.
