CPays has modified their terms just slightly
CPays Terms wrote:Fraud shall include, without limitation, collusion; abuse of bonuses or other promotions; abuse of the CPA/CPL commission structure; violation of money-laundering or other laws and regulations; Spamming; false, misleading or unauthorized advertising or representations; use of stolen credit cards; rake-back activity; and unauthorized use of any intellectual property rights (including third parties’ and any of our or the Sites’ rights).The two terms are added to protect CPays from CPA/CPL fraud as well as eliminate rake back promotion by poker affiliates.
