InactiveFound this, apparently they have their own debit card:
“Wait… Cpays Card? That’s right! This is somewhat pioneering in the Affiliate Industry. Cpays has there own debitcard which let’s you have alot of benefits. The Cpays card works on any ATM or POS on the Interac©, Cirrus© and/or Maestro© networks(Source: Cpays). “
