Hi I have signed up with your affiliate program and I would like to know how can I join your CPA commision plan.
I could not find any info on the website and I was not given a choice during sign-up.
I also e-mailed you at info@casinopays.com but I got a returned mail reply from your server.I used a hotmail.com and a pathfinder.gr account to send the email.
Please could you provide us with your username so I can help you as best as possible! You can email it to liatk@ad-gency.com so I can enable this change to CPA. We are currently revamping ous site so the CPA payment method will definitely be an option shortly!
