InactiveI’m glad you posted this. I had a couple of CPA commisions removed from my last months stats. (the CPA’s that were removed were given to me the month before). I also emailed FA and wasn’t given a response.

InactiveHi All
I am deeply concerned to hear that you did not get a response.
We respond to all received queries and generally pretty fast. Please mail me ([email protected]) or PM your account numbers and I’ll check into this ASAP.
We would not have just removed commissions and not responded.I am sure there is an explanantion for this and it is not as it now appears.
If anyone has had similar problem with responses from us please let me know ASAP.I look forward to hearing from you so I can give you an answer ASAP.
Thanks.

InactiveMarc,
While I appreciate your quick response here on the board, I’ve sent you both an email and a private message and have yet to hear back from you in the last week.
To recap, this issue involves April commissions that were removed from my account without any notification whatsoever, with no explanation other than that they were “CPA Abuse”, as that’s where they show up in stats.
I contacted my affiliate rep via email on May 20th and have yet to receive a response regarding this issue.
I posted my original message here a week ago and have yet to receive a response, other than your post asking to be emailed/PMed with my account info, which I did. I still haven’t received a response.
Given recent developments with FA, I’m honestly not posting out of any hope that the commissions you removed will be credited back to my account, despite the fact that the players involved fulfilled all your terms and conditions. I’m not looking for money. All I really want is an explanation of how you define CPA Abuse and why you’re removing commissions from accounts for CPA Abuse without ever notifying affiliates. While this is obviously a personal issue for me, it affects all FA affiliates, and can easily be addressed in this forum with a minimum of effort, as far as spelling out exactly what you consider CPA Abuse to be and what your process is for dealing with signups that you deem to be abusive.
I apologize again for posting this publicly but you’re not leaving me many alternatives, given that every attempt at communication with FA has resulted in silence.
