Please note that our customer service hours are from 9am – 5pm EST. However, our office was closed on July 1st 2005, due to Canada Day.
We resumed regular office hours today, and noticed that you did not leave a message nor did you send us an email.

InactiveI also sent you guys an email a week ago and have not received a response.
Could it be that there is something wrong with your routing perhaps?It has been brought up quite a few times now that you do not seem to answer emails and you guys respond that you did not receive one… maybe something that you should get the IT guys to check into?

We appreciate your feeback, and your suggestion. Note that we believe in the efficiency of our customer service department therefore, please supply us with your username, date of your email, the content and the email address you sent it to, and we will be glad to look into this mater for you.
Also, keep in mind that we do have a tracking system of the emails that come in and out of your system.

InactiveI may have made the post on the 1st but that was out of frustration – if you have no e-mails from me you have some internal e-mail problem
