What do you mean, old content? Is this something you used to have on a site and the pulled?
Correct, if I want to reuse it and it was pulled how long should i wait if i want to reuse it. or is reusing it a bad idea? Is their an amount of time that I should wait before reusing?
I have never done this. You need to make sure the content is not still listed in google. If it’s still there, you need to wait til it’s gone for sure.
Just my thoughts, I really have no experience in this.
Dom is right, it needs to have vanished from the Cache otherwise it will be duplicate content.
