    I don’t see any contact info at the referspot site.

    I have had complaints that players cannot login to play unless they remember passwords for previously played casinos.

    Also, they are forced to change their password. That screws up password programs and then they can’t get in without support.

    Whats up with that?

    On your point regarding the passwords: Grand Privé Casinos is the first Microgaming group of casinos to beta-test and launch the new eZ PLAY system. This will allow a player to log in to a casino within our group with just a password (no account number needed), and then play at any casino within the group without having to repeatedly log-in at each casino. It’s a single sign-in system using just a password.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Perhaps contact should be linked to every aff page?

    I think you are scaring people off by making this mandatory. It should be a choice. I have several players unable to login to play without trying to find old passwords to casinos they don’t play at anymore.

    They just go elsewhere, too much trouble to login.

    I am sure your numbers will soon reflect that.

    Hi Dominique,

    1) The new site we are releasing will have the contact tab on the main task bar, hence it will be available on every page. The current ReferSpot site ( http://www.referspot.com ) has the contact tab at the bottom of the main / home page.

    2) The new eZ PLAY (http://www.myezplay.com ) system is not an in-house Grand Privé (http://www.grandprive.com ) development but a Microgaming enhancement to improve our players’ gaming experience by simplifying the login process. Grand Privé group is the first Microgaming group to release this – all other Microgaming casinos will follow this trend.

    Existing account holders will have to link their accounts on the first time they sign into the new system, however consider the huge long-term benefits of a player never needing to remember account numbers for each casino but just a password for the Group.

    Dominique, please ask anyone who has the slightest difficulty with their log-in to contact our Customer Service department (see my previous post for the contact numbers), and we’ll be happy to assist them.
