InactiveIMHO, cut your losses now. Move on to a more reputable group. By promoting them you are likely losing the trust of players who do come through your site. If you think they are hard to get paid from by YOU the AFFILIATE you can only imagine what the actual players go through. They are constantly the subject of complaints. Move on and save your time. It will not get better with them likely.

InactiveThey have a bad reputation. I am not at all surprised. I hear people earn money, but payments are done on a preferential basis.
Try to stick with more reputable places.

InactiveWhat you mean like they only pay out to their friends or some such?

InactiveDon’t know about friends but I hear some people say they get paid and others not.

InactiveI don’t promote them and never have – simply due to their reputation for pissing around with affiliate and player payments. As hdaddy said, cut and run now.

InactiveI don’t want to post their names here but WC, SB, and others, have a long, long, long history of being unethical. For what its worth they are as crooked as they come.
I highly recommend that you do some research especially prior to selecting a partner. It wouldn’t take long to find out about such operations, do a search on Google or better yet post a question here on CAP you are sure to get an immediate answer.
Remove their links at once, dont send them another player! Trust me if they are refusing to pay you now, taking down the links isnt going to make a bit of difference, they are crooks!

InactiveOh oops, they sent an email saying they could only make regular payments by wire rather than neteller so I sent my wire information. D’oh. Is there much they can do without added security details such as DOB, security number etc? Should I contact my bank?

InactiveI really wouldn’t worry – unless someone else here says different I’m pretty sure they can only deposit into your account with those details.

InactiveThe soundest advice I can offer is as soon as you think you are being dicked around, approach the program politely and professionally. Most will bend over backwards to resolve the issue, and they can be spotted immediately.
Any program giving you the runaround (the definition of which is way too long to post here) should be dumped. Cut your losses. Sayonara. The runaround technique is as old as business itself.

The time wasted chasing the no hopers is better spent developing relations with programs prepared to be partners in the time honoured sense of the word.

InactiveDeaning is right….get rid of the people you have to chase it is not worth it!!!!!

My advice to affiliates would be to check the player boards and promote those casinos who are reputable in player circles. As hdaddy says, you will lose player trust with even just one bad casino on your list. Aside from which it isn’t ethical to promote casinos you don’t trust yourself.

InactiveGet the same thing with some bingo sites. Drop them. If you can’t get paid out — imagine the problems your players will have.
You notice these are the same sites that tend to have much more chargebacks and player winnings than other sites? Makes you wonder.
