I don’t sponsor here so I won’t belabor the point other than to say this is a cancelled cpa deal due to poor performance (running at over 85% commission to net revenue) which is far higher than the 35%-45% one would get on Rev Share.
We gave the deal several months to run but the value is just not evident.
Agreement with regards to payment for the cpa, regardless of performance, and a potential new deal moving forward was reached earlier this month – with a promise to effect payment in the month of March.

Lets do this with payments cleared up for CPA due’s once. Also, need assurance that we get Rev share for all the late conversions from here on.
