InactiveHow can you have a negative balance at any of their casinos? Unless it was a chargeback. The player cannot wager a negative amount.

InactiveWell, if a player wins then we have a negative balance

InactiveNo — not at Casino Rewards.
With the wager share model, you are paid based on the amount wagered. If the player wins more than they deposit, this is actually a good thing for you (assuming you are on the wager share model like most people), because now they have more money to wager than they did to begin with. It is impossible to have a negative balance with this plan, unless you get a chargeback.
If you are seeing a negative balance in your stats, then you either (1) had a chargeback, or (2) you opted to remain in the revenue share model instead of switching to the wager share model.

InactiveI agree my stats are that way as well since I had a winner at one of there casinos on the old model, but I have revenue at the other casinos and my comission is showing as if they combined them all together. I just thought it was a temporary flaw in there system, would be nice to get an answer.

InactiveYep… you guys are right.
It’s Friday here, and the man in charge is on an airplane. It will be early next week before I can get a fix in place.
Once sorted, we’ll re-run the stats and it’ll fix from the start of the month.
Apologies for the delay on the fix … but that’s the reality.

InactiveHi Guys,
I was able to bring the affected stats back inline … should be ok now.
I trust you’ll let me know should you notice anything else sideways.
Thanks!
