    Hi All

Our parent company Fairground Gaming Holdings Plc have been advised that the Safe Ports Act, which contains the Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act, will shortly receive Presidential approval and be passed into law. This is the first US Federal measure to explicitly address internet gaming and the Board has thus concluded that it is now appropriate to suspend participation by US-based customers in the company’s casino and poker activities. This suspension will be implemented immediately upon this legislation taking effect. As such your existing US players will no longer be able to play but you will be paid for any net revenue generated by these players up to this time. More information as to how these payments will be structured will be released later today.

Whilst it is very unfortunate that we have to stop taking bets from US players it is in the best interest of all parties involved; Fairground, the players and our affiliates to make sure we are operating within the boundaries of the new law. There are huge opportunities in Europe, Canada and the Far East and we’re excited about shifting our focus onto these markets and helping you to do the same.

If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    The WagerShare Team

    Tim,

I forgot to ask Tom when he called: Can you confirm that we will receive any earnings derived from US Players during October prior to Wagershare closing all US Player accounts.

    Thanks

    Dave

    Hi Dave,

Yes, affiliates will be paid for all earnings derived from US players until they are locked when the bill is signed. The players will then appear locked on the player stats page on your account and at the end of the month we will make an adjustment for your earnings.

    Thanks
    Tom

Did I miss something? Did George W sign the bill while I took a cat nap? It is now 8:08pm CST and I just got through chatting with live online help at Piggs Casino, which by the way I have always found to be very helpful. They told me that they are not accepting anymore deposits from US players. I thought I had atleast untill the top dog signed the bill. Not only was I not able to deposit, but Mark from support was rude and terminated my session without notice and without answering my questions.

On a different note, I know for a fact that most of my September commissions were not from credit cards or any other form that could be charged back. I know this because the person that generated most of my September commission is a close friend of mine and has used Citadel Commerce for funding and has informed me that the funds have already cleared his bank. So, how about a break down to each affiliate of how deposits were funded and we will clearly see the that chances of chargebacks are slim to none. F**k me once shame on you, F**k me twice shame on me!:bullshit:

He must be worried about getting laid off.

What I find ironic is I had those spinpalace free games on my site for 3 months and never got any downloads, now all of a sudden visitors are downloading them and registering.
