    I also withdrawed amount 2 weeks ago and still nothing, I call them every two days and they tell me they have technical problems (as usual) and my withrawing is still pending. And they told me the problems would be solved by the end of the week.
    I’m going not to use them, because they always have technical problems.

    Today I called them to know the balance of my debit card and my money have been already transferred to my debit card. So maybe your money have been already arrived.

    Have you actually been able to withdraw from your card yet? I tried earlier today and still nothing.

    What ph number are you getting them at? I can never get them on the phone.

    You can request a statement of your Debit Card by writing to [email protected] or calling to their international number +49 180 511 30 90 (international call charges may be applied).

    Usually I call the to check the balance of my debit card before I’m going to go to an ATM machine. Sometimes I ask them to receive me a statement of my debit card, and they send me a pdf file of all transactions of my card.

    Today I haven’t yet checked my debit card at an ATM machine, but I’ve called them and they told me my money have already arrived to the debit card.

    Still nothing for me, just tried this morning.

    I don’t understand, they haven’t responded to email and I still can’t get through on the phone. We’re not in the US either.

    Maybe you called them when their working day had already finished. They are in Germany, so try to call them by their time. They always reply to my calls, because this number is their customer support.

    I’ve been going round and round with them for 6 months or so over a payment I never got…have all the pertinent transaction numbers and everything but I keep getting the same response:
    “please be advised that $xxx was paid into your account on XX/XX/XX from xxxx.” and some rude comment about how they consider the matter closed.
    never saw these funds, but no matter what I say about it I get the same line….no explanation why my balance is zero if I was paid these funds, only a statement that I was. What a joke. The 800 number is always busy “all circuits are busy, please try again later” in an Indian accent, and I even bought a calling card to call to try the other number…as soon as I tell someone why I’m calling I’m put on permanent hold.

    It was only a couple hundred so I finally just gave up.
