MemberHi Everyone,
My name is Irwin and, for those of you that don’t know me, I am the Affiliate Manager at Grand Prive affiliates.
Those of you that do know me would know that I have been in the Affiliate business for the last two years.
Due to our increased business demand, I was tasked with other projects for the better part of this year …but – as I promised,
I have returned!
My goal is to make everyone happy and to exceed everyone’s expectations so that we can have a healthy business relationship.
I am very concerned to hear that there are still numerous issues with regards to stats. I have taken the responsibility to take the bull by its horns and personally look into the stats (and any other) issue.
Miles will be assisting me with any issues that you may have so please feel free to contact Miles or myself at anytime. Please find my contact details below.
Kwblue, Scandle5, GambleHarder, universal4, please contact me via e-mail so that I can give you my undivided attention and assist you with the problems currently experienced.
Kind regards

InactiveMy stats haven’t moved sine the beginning of the month either, I can view them, but it’s not worth viewing.
Hey Irwin, welcome back to the affiliate side, I look forward to working with you again.

MemberHi Everyone,
Firstly I would like to say that our program is very professionally managed and that is why we have been Certified.
Secondly the reason I requested your links was so that we could give you personal attention and we could test your banner tag to check if your stats are working once we are done testing.
We are aware of the issues that some of our affiliates are experiencing and therefore we have logged this with Microgaming and are awaiting feedback.
We appreciate your patience in this matter.
Kind regards

InactiveMy click stats seem to be working just fine (as long as the mediarecorder link is used)
My players seem to be tracking just fine.(in fact I am signing more players per month with the new tracking than I have any given month for the last few years)
However, the amount of downloads compared to visitors or downloads compared to new players signed is out of line and I rarely see a download logged.
This leads me to believe that the downloads are recording but maybe the error is in the reporting and not the actual tracking of the download.
