That seems about normal for using Instant Chat to get some affiliate help. Actually, you did good. He didn’t slough you off until you got to explain your point.
They are usually so clueless about anything affiliate that you can practically hear them say “duh”. I once tried to request a banner code and the guy virtually had no clue what a banner was.
I would have thought having the wrong software in their download might have rung a bell for him – oh well – I guess the casino is getting what they pay for…

InactiveThx, I thought I was just going crazy, I posted the same thing in the other thread. 3 online chats and 2 emails all gave me the same answers you got. I started laughing when they asked me to “Request a cd”.
