I have bruises all over me.. not sure where they came from.. amongst other things.. woke up and my butt muscles and leg muscles were VERY sore to say the least.. i have a feeling i may have been dancing too vigorously…
…. all I can do is smile.
oh … and add that if you find you have poison ivy in places you’d rather not explain …. it may not have been dancing you were doing that night
I almost forgot. reason I came in here was to tell the story of how my parents thru a party (actually it was new years eve) and being non-drinkers they and their like-minded friends had like a couple drinks all thru the evening.
anyway us kids had a basketball that was partially filled with sand so it wouldn’t bounce right .. just a joke kids play .. anyway come time to leave the party my Dad says okay before we can let anyone leave (who’s been drinking) … we need to test to make sure you’re okay to drive by having you dribble a basketball.
so when they got to his target … a rather naive and reserved man .. Dad made the switch without notice and of course the guy couldn’t get the ball to bounce right for him.
I was very young but it was one of the funniest things I ever saw … the look on his face when they’d bring the ball back to the guy to “give him another chance”
Hahahah no poison ivy here…
Basketball story is hilarious! Might have to try that one…
