Dear Affiliates,
Your November Commissions have been delayed, We will expedite them ASAP and regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
We have completed the mapping process for all affiliate accounts that have been re-registered since the migration to the new software platform.
At this time we require some work to be performed by RTG so that we can do a final double check to ensure your stats are accurately and completely updating to the global (single account) system. As soon as this has been done we will issue payments to you.
RTG is treating this as a top priority so we expect it to be completed soon. We sincerely apologize for the delay and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re almost there!
