loquillocrMemberThanks for posting our updated terms, AffiliateGuardDog – Andy.
You might have pulled an older version of our Terms & Conditions, since we removed the mention of “termination” from section 3.2 – Approved Marketing Materials.
With regards to our purpose for updating our Term and Condition section under 3.2 – Approved Marketing Materials.
First off we’d like to thank our Affiliate partners and their years of co-operation in maintaining approved marketing materials. Your contributions have helped establish ChipSplit as a dependable and sustainable Affiliate program. Albeit, we have a responsibility to ensure the marketing efforts of our branded partners continue to be accurately portrayed through our Affiliate partners.
We feel it is not beyond any reasonable request to ask our affiliate partners to continue to use ChipSplit approved marketing materials on their website(s). It is not our intention to suspend accounts with minor infractions such as outdated bonus codes or bonus offers. Where we feel a notice of change is imperative to the brand is when expired promotions or incentives, which no longer apply to the potential customers are still being used or misused to mislead a potential customer.
If we notice outdated and/or misleading marketing materials and promotional content on your website(s); we will continue to reach out to you regarding these requested changes. Should we be unable to contact you via the email address or phone number listed in your ChipSplit account or make contact with you over a 60 day period, we may reserve the right to take further action on your account.
I hope this clarifies this terms a bit more.
Thanks.
