Not processing payouts.

Although the aff programme is still running, you have to transfer earnings to a player account and they are refusing to process payouts. I’ve had one pending since 25th April and can’t get a sensible response from any of their cashiers or help desks. Seems they are running round in circles and keep sending non-sensical or stock answers, if indeed they respond at all. The payouts are imited to $250 even though they say $500 which means I’ve several thousand locked up in there :madat:

Not good when Pokerstars and Full Tilt have managed to pay out.

For avoidance of doubt, I’m a UK, not-US, affiliate so they have no excuses.

See the problem? They’ll send you from pillar to post and obfuscate even if you do elicit a reply.

At what point do you blacklist a programme?

March earnings were paid into my player account – but I am still waiting for the withdrawal to be processed (it’s been weeks!).

I haven’t received April or Mays into my player account. Not looking at all good.

p.s. – in the UK too so no excuses really
