I naively thought that AM’s were supposed to be busy managing their affiliates accounts.
lol @ have a nice day.

Processing fees are showing as $1635, net revenue is showing as -$1635, and my payment amount (+net amount) are 10% lower than the total last night. I am hoping this updates properly tomorrow, the stats seem to be jumping all over the place. :Cry:themac
Even for us every month is absolutely a big mess to understand how they calculate our stats! We offer Rakeback to our players and each time we find more and more difficult to relate our affiliate payments with the amount generated by our players.
As of today if we upload our players stats will show that our players rakeback is higher than our affiliate total commission… simply impossible! We are seriously thinking of removing both Ultimate and Absolute from our website solely for the big issues we have had with the affiliate stats. This is the last place where I am going to complaint about this matter. If Absolute and Ultimate wish to get their hands clean after the big problems they’ve had with superplayers surely this is not the best way ! If anyone at Chipleader can be bothered to get back to us regarding the matter, you’ve got our contact details… I sadly already know no one will, talking about stat issues with them is like shooting in the dark !!!

I have been working hard to figure it out and help them get it figured out. I think it can be a really good program if the glitches are fixed…and Danielle, Marcela and co. work hard for us – it is just hard to fix things that are out of their control as they only pass on our queries to programmers…
Here is still what I see:
1. Still showing processing fees for players who have not made a deposit
2. Processing fees exceeding 10% for players who have (up to 40% in some cases)
3. Processing fees for blackjack and sub-affiliate revenue (not shown anywhere in the customer report or backend)
In the above cases – all issues have to do with PROCESSING FEES. So, I hope this helps for them to locate the problem. I know my revenue is down 80% this month for the same NET REVENUE / RAKE generated by the players as compared to previous months – so something is definitely off.
Crossing fingers….!

Looks like we got the info we needed to figure everything out…
Too bad it is not that transparent in the backend.

chipleader should do proper software testing in the first place instead of monkeying everyone around like this. simply ridiculous deploying a system when it’s clearly flawed.:flush:

Also should have made affiliates aware that..
EVEN THOUGH STATS ARE UPDATED DAILY…PROCESSING FEES MAY TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 2-14 DAYS TO BE ADDED TO THE STAT INFORMATION THEREFORE “APPEARING” LIKE THEY ARE BEING ADDED TO NON-DEPOSITORS OR ADDED AT A HIGHER PERCENTAGE THAN STATED.
November 10, 2008 at 9:21 pm #786356fronkeeMemberHi guys,
That is true, the processing fees are sometimes not charged right away. It could take from 1 to 14 days to show up. That means that some months the processing fees amount could show until the next one.

Can you get them to add back stats on the account register like:
Total Signups
Depositing Players
Total Deposits
Etc…These were really handy.
Also, it would be nice to have our Payment Amount from the Account register show up on the dashboard when signing in, so we wouldn’t have to always go in and find it.
Just suggestions…
Thanks!
