No, you just ignore it.
I’m not sure, but I think I saw a report on class action suits and the
sums that are not distributed to individuals are kept by the lawyers.

There is a certain amount alotted to be paid out, and the pie will be divided by the number of legitimate claims ( you will have to prove your claim).
The lawyers get a % of each paid claim.
