I can’t attest to Chartwell casinos as I don’t actively promote any of them, but I can tell you this; If you havent earned any money with them in six months you are already four months overdue for replacing them.
I have done pretty well with Eurobet – but only manage to sign up bonusplayers. They offer a pretty descend monthly match bonus.
…also Coral.co.uk have been okay – you can sign up with them through brandconversions.com – same group as Eurobet – but different affiliate system.
Theres also VC Casino – a really big english bookmaker is behind. They have a big sign up bonus – but i haven´t had any luck with them.

Yep, thousands of hours sounds about right. 
I quite like chartwell software – as far as instant casinos go i think they are the most realistic on the market.
Coral does well for me, but my traffic is UK based
